We're aware of the connectivity problems that some players have reported. We're currently investigating the issues.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Well it seems like players are able to load again. Wasn't happy that it was literally a whole hour of downtime for PvP players. Oh well.
I still noticed people loading into RA late this morning though. As in, 4 people simultaneously loaded at 1 second on the timer. It happened maybe every other round.
Borat! did you get moved to East or West in LoL? I'm stuck with the Russians aloul. (trololol)

Today still the same:
I also have this issue. Connecting from ZeelandNet ISP, The Netherlands to GW Euro, Fort Aspenwood. I managed to get in a game after a long wait but 3 players never loaded. After we were defeated I was greeted by a long load followed by a Code=040

I use ZoneAlarm Free firewall 9.2.106.000 and a 3Com OfficeConnect VPN Firewall 3CR870-95 router. I've using this setup for a year withou problems until yesterday.

Just to remind everyone, there is an official support forum (where this was also reported). It would probably expedite to move discussion there.

Don't bother moving to the Support forums, Thomas has asked everyone to send support tickets, which means they're not 100% on what the problem is and how to fix it.

They won't get mad and ban you for not proving your case first, they're nice people who are there to help, it's why they created that forum.

Hello guys, I have had this problem for a whole week now, probably one of the first to have this problem.
A fact that i have found out is that, if u stay on America Districts you should be fine, thats what I have been doin for the past 2 days.
To help speed up the process for GW Support email them, and answer those questions, the more info they get, the better
-Do you use DSL, cable, dial-up, satellite, or another connection method?
- Do you use any routers, hubs, or switches? If so, could you tell us the make and model of that equipment?
- Does your computer connect wirelessly, or does it use an Ethernet cable for connectivity?
- Who is your Internet service provider?
- Where are you located? Your city and state/province would be helpful.
- Are you on a home, campus, business, or military network?
- Do you use any Internet Security Applications (ISA) or firewalls such as CYBERsitter, "Net-Nanny," ZoneAlarm®, McAfee® or Norton™?
